Hi, I’m Kate.

Mother of two, LCSW, and maternal mental health and attachment advocate for over 20 years.

I help ambitious mothers of young children feel calm, confident, and deeply connected to their kids without giving up the career or life they love.

As the founder of the Parent and Family Wellness Center in Colorado and creator of Mom Fluency, I have supported over 6,000 women through the most important years of early motherhood.
