Calm Connection Accelerator™
For high-achieving mothers who are doing everything right — and still feel like something's missing. Practical tools, real science, and Kate beside you every step.
Why it's so hard right now
You didn't prepare for what this actually felt like. Most high-achieving women don't.
A meltdown. A snapping moment you wish you could take back. You drive to drop-off replaying it. You've read the books. You know what you should do. And it still caught you off guard.
Physically present. Mentally still at home. You're not performing at the level you know you're capable of, and you can't figure out how to get back there. This isn't what you planned for.
Why can't I figure this out? I wanted this so badly. What is wrong with me? Nothing is wrong with you. Your nervous system is doing exactly what it was designed to do. It just wasn't designed for this.
"When you find calm, your child finds it too."— Kate Kripke, LCSW, PMH-C
What participants say
These are not exceptional women who had a breakthrough. They are women who were exactly where you are — and found their way through.
"The CCA was life-changing. I went from feeling constantly overwhelmed and burnt out to setting confident boundaries and finding compassion for myself. I'm finally the mom and person I wanted to be."
"The CCA gives you real-life skills that will change your life. This isn't just talk therapy — it's a hands-on approach that makes you more present, calm, and joyful every day, especially when it comes to your kids."
"I thought my problem was my toddler's behavior. Kate helped me see it started with me. Once I learned how to calm my nervous system, everything shifted — fewer meltdowns, more connection, and so much less guilt."
What you're actually getting
This is not a course you complete and forget. These are capacities you build and carry.
You'll learn why your nervous system responds the way it does, and exactly how to shift it. Not in theory. In the moments it actually matters — the meltdown, the drive home, the 2am spiral. These tools are built for real life, not for quiet.
Secure attachment is not built in the moments you get it right. It is built in the moments you repair. You will leave this program understanding exactly how that works — and trusting yourself to do it. The guilt that says you're breaking your child? It's wrong. We'll show you why.
The kind that holds when someone questions your choices, when your child is struggling, when you're depleted. You'll move from self-doubt that second-guesses everything to a steady trust in your own judgment. That's not a feeling — it's a skill.
You were never meant to do this alone. The cohort model is not incidental — it's structural. The recognition you feel when someone in the group names exactly what you've been carrying? That's part of the work.
The program
Every element is built around the constraint you actually have: no time to add another thing. This works inside your existing life, not instead of it.
You learn why you respond the way you do — and why that response is not a flaw. The science behind anxiety, overwhelm, and the "Achievement Brain vs. Connection Brain" distinction that reframes everything. You stop fighting yourself.
Practical tools for shifting your nervous system state in real time. Not breathing exercises you'll forget — specific, practiced responses to specific moments. You rehearse them until they're available when you need them most.
When you are regulated, you become a resource for your child. This phase focuses on the secure attachment you are building — including in the moments you get it wrong. Repair is not a sign of failure. It is the mechanism of connection.
You move from applying new tools to trusting your own judgment. The goal is not that you need Kate or the program after this — the goal is that you don't. You leave with capacities, not dependencies.
About Kate
Kate Kripke is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and certified Perinatal Mental Health Counselor who has spent two decades working with mothers navigating postpartum anxiety, overwhelm, and the loss of self that so often comes with early motherhood.
She has worked with more than 6,000 women. She is a coach, author, speaker, and the host of Motherhood Uncut, a podcast co-hosted with therapist Deb Rubin. Her book, Reinventing Super Mom, is an accessible starting point for mothers who are beginning to ask: is this supposed to feel this hard?
The Calm Connection Accelerator is not a theoretical program. It is built from what she has learned sitting across from women who were struggling in silence — capable, prepared, loving mothers who had no framework for what they were experiencing.
She is based in Boulder, CO and works with mothers virtually across the country.
Common questions
Reasonable questions. Not resistance to overcome — just information your nervous system needs before it can move forward.
No. The Calm Connection Accelerator is not therapy, and it does not require any other clinical support. Many participants are not in therapy. Many are. Neither is a prerequisite. This program teaches skills — nervous system regulation, co-regulation with your child, and the rebuilding of self-trust. Those skills are available to you regardless of where you are clinically.
Yes — and some of Kate's most powerful testimonials come from women in the mental health field. Knowing the framework does not make you immune to the experience. In fact, the gap between knowing and being able to access that knowledge at 3am when you cannot soothe your baby is exactly what this program addresses. You already have the language. This is the work.
That feeling is the program's reason for existing. The women who need this most are the ones with the least margin — and the CCA is structured accordingly. Sessions are designed to work inside an already full life, not require a version of your life that doesn't currently exist. If you're waiting until things slow down, you may be waiting a long time.
That guilt is worth looking at — because it's often part of what's keeping you stuck. You will spend on everything except yourself. And the thing that most directly determines your child's nervous system regulation, their sense of security, and the quality of your relationship with them is the state of yours. This is not self-care. It is the investment that makes every other investment work.
This is not a system you manage — it's a skill you build. Most tools that don't hold are built for calm moments. They fall apart in real life because they were never stress-tested against it. The CCA is specifically built for the gap between knowing what to do and being able to access it at your most depleted. That's a different kind of program.
Weekly live group sessions with Kate, short applied work between sessions, and a community of mothers in the same moment of life. The exact cadence is confirmed on your discovery call and depends on cohort timing. Most participants find the structure easier to maintain than they expected — because the material is relevant to the life they're living that week, not abstract.
