Hi, I’m Kate.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and certified Perinatal Mental Health Counselor (PMH-C), and for more than 20 years, I’ve helped mothers find freedom from postpartum and ongoing anxietyβ€”so they can feel calm, confident, and deeply connected to their children.

As the founder of the Parent and Family Wellness Center in Colorado and the creator of The Calm Connection Acceβ„’, I’ve supported over 6,000 women worldwide in soothing their nervous systems, rebuilding trust in themselves, and creating secure, loving relationships with their babies and young childrenβ€”starting in the earliest, most important years of life.

Today, I work exclusively with driven, high-achieving mothers of young children (ages 0–5) who thought they β€œshould be happy” but instead feel constantly on edge, guilty, and overwhelmed. They love their kids deeplyβ€”but their minds won’t turn off, their bodies never seem to relax, and they’re afraid they’re missing the joy and connection they thought motherhood would bring.

Through coaching, education, and neuroscience-based tools, I help mothers quiet the anxious noise, calm their nervous systems, and reconnect with the steady, intuitive part of themselves that knows how to lead with love. The result? A calm mind, a peaceful home, and a securely attached childβ€”without giving up the ambitions that make them who they are.
