Take the Leap

If you believed it was possible, what is that one thing you feel called to change in your life?

  • Take the entrepreneurial leap that you have been considering for years?

  • Have a more connected, intimate relationship with your partner?

  • Experience more joy and playfulness and less stress in your life?

  • Return to work after staying home to raise your kids?

  • Finally find your personal footing after your children leave the nest?

  • Create a close-knit supportive community?

  • Look towards a final chapter of your life after raising children and welcoming grandchildren?

Where are you in the process now?

Where are you in the process now? Maybe you haven’t had the time or resources to do it yet…maybe you’ve been afraid to take the first steps or don’t know where to start.

At the beginning of every year, many of us make New Year’s Resolutions to change an aspect of our lives, but they rarely stick. We realize we cannot rely on sheer willpower to create the change we have promised we will work towards, and then we abandon important callings and desires. The pathway to change feels more elusive than we anticipated, and we give up on ourselves. Even with the best of intentions. Not this year!

In our workshop, Take the Leap, we are excited to combine our experience and expertise in psychology and transformational coaching to support you in making a meaningful change in your life. Oftentimes, making big changes unearth fear, emotional distress, and sometimes old trauma. Through the unique holding of both a leadership coach and a psychotherapist, you will be encouraged toward this change with safe holding and support so that the changes you make are both sustainable and healthy.

You decide which area of your life is ripe for a breakthrough, and we will guide you through a proven process to create new results. We will teach you about how change works and what is required to maintain it. You will learn to identify and remove the self-limiting barriers that keep you playing small so that you can experience the shift you desire. By the end of the year, you will have expanded your capacity for greater fulfillment and cultivated a more authentic, vibrant, thriving version of yourself.

This is for you if you believe that the risk of staying where you are is greater than the risk of trying something new. Join us for this workshop and take a leap towards that important change you want to see in yourself.

We look forward to partnering with you,
