To encourage expectant, new, and experienced mothers to maintain health and balance through psychotherapy and/or practical strategies for physical, social, and emotional health.  
 
Living well and balanced requires a healthy mind, body, and spirit.  This involves developing strategies around physical fitness, nutrition, stress reduction, and social networking .  Each person’s definition of “wellness” is different.  Together, we will work to find YOUR wellness.  Come and create balance.
